Who is responsible for processing my information?
Your personal data is primarily processed by NFT Studios, S.A., with office at Rua Nova de São Pedro, n.º 54, 2.º andar, escritório "D", Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, acting as a Data Controller for the purposes of the following Privacy Notice. Under certain circumstances the responsibility for data protection and your privacy is shared with one or several other legal entities, either being a NFTStudios affiliate or a third party.

We follow the requirements of GDPR and COPPA Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act since we do not intend to collect any information from anyone who is not an individual at the age of majority in respective jurisdiction of residence.

If we decide to change our privacy notice, we will post those changes on this page. We will always mention the last update in it.
Is all this valid for data you collect from other sources?
This privacy notice only applies to information collected through our website or related platforms and not to information collected offline. For those channels we will have specific privacy notices.
